Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped after payment has been recieved.
Items are delivered by courier. Orders under $100 incur a $3.50 postage and handling fee.Please allow 2 weeks for delivery
within New Zealand. Most items are shipped within 1 week. Some items may
be temporarily out of stock. We will contact you if there will be any
delay
Special orders may take longer, we will advise you when your
items have been shipped.
Final amounts are always charged in NZD.
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods
are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge
under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Items
should be returned in their original packaging.
We will pay for
shipping if the return is a result of our error.
